《促使渔业协定发挥作用》（Making Fishery Agreements Work: Post-Agreement Bargaining in the Barents Sea）和《北极政治、海洋法与俄罗斯的国家身份》（Arctic Politics, the Law of the Sea and Russian Identity: The Barents Sea Delimitation Agreement in Russian Public Debate）两书的中文版首发仪式，以及挪威南森研究所（Fridtjof Nansen Institute）所长Geir HØneland教授所作的“北极中的挪威与俄罗斯”（“Norway And Russia in the Arctic”）讲座，将于2016年10月18日下午在同济大学举行。
